BEFORE Starting Your Project Consider:
1. Curing Time: Concrete takes time to harden. You must avoid foot traffic for the first 24 hours (unless you just want the custom pet prints).
2. Color Variations: Concrete hues may differ year to year. We recommend homeowners install a stronger grade, 4000 psi, to keep surfaces consistent. If you need to separate a bigger project in parts, start with the back area and work your way up.
3. Parking Alternatives: No parking or driving on fresh concrete until at least 28 days after installation. So, you may need to friendly up to your favorite neighbor.
4. Custom Color: while concrete comes in one standard "color", we can add a stain for you to decide the final finish. There are over 24 integral mix color choices and even more custom stains that are hand painted. We can make your project unique.
5. Permits: depending on the area and city you live in, your project may require one. The most common permit is the Right Of Way (ROW) on the bottom portion of the driveway. We can handle this for you.
